Meet Mark Alford
Mark Alford is a husband, father, former small business owner, and former TV news anchor, and he proudly represents Missouri’s 4th District in Congress. Alford spent 25 years anchoring Kansas City’s #1 morning news show prior to his time in Congress.
His time covering Missouri’s top news stories connected him to thousands of Missourian families of all walks of life, providing insight into the issues most important to Missouri families, and the struggles most common to them. It also offered the opportunity to hone his God-given talents as a professional communicator, enhancing his voice to inform, influence, and inspire millions of people across Missouri.
Alford’s experience behind the news desk gave him a front row view to the constant attacks against our nation’s founding principles from an increasingly liberal, progressive ideology that threatens to undermine our country’s values of faith, family, hard work, and individual liberty.
Alford’s serves as a megaphone to each and every Missourian in the 4th district, magnifying their voices and their values in Washington, D.C.
Over the years, Alford’s voice helped raise millions of dollars for charities both locally and nationally, and served dozens of boards, foundations, churches, civic organizations, families, and strangers. Alford and his wife Leslie have been married 33 years and share three grown children.
After being sworn into the 118th Congress as a freshman member, Alford was selected to the House Armed Services Committee, House Agriculture committee, and House Small Business committee.

Meet Dusty Deevers
Three years ago when the Covid-19 lockdowns began, our church was pressured to close, and our congregants were pressured to wear masks. Through that ordeal, it quickly became clear that many pastors and churches were ill-equipped theologically to respond to immoral and illegal government mandates. As a pastor called by God to lead the congregation He has brought to me, I began a period of Biblical study regarding the proper role of government and the proper Christian response to tyranny.
Ever since, I have been drawn more and more into the political realm with opportunities to author statements on Christian public theology and speak at abolitionist conferences about Biblical political strategies to abolish abortion. When the District 32 seat was vacated, it was clear to me that God had been preparing me for this race.
First and foremost, I am a Christian, bought and redeemed by the blood of my Savior and King, Jesus Christ. My purpose in this campaign is to glorify God and fight for the causes I believe He would have me fight for. If elected as your State Senator, I will do everything in my power to bring just laws to Oklahoma that enable the flourishing of families and communities.
After salvation, the greatest gift God has given me is my wife Christina, and together we have been blessed by God with six wonderful children: Nation, Noelle, Deacon, Roman, Juliet, and Aniah.
I've been a pastor at Grace Reformed Baptist Church of Elgin (formerly First Baptist Church and Grace Community Church) since 2016 where God has blessed me with an amazing and quickly growing group of fellow believers to grow within the knowledge and love of Christ.
In 2001, I graduated with B.S. in biology from Oklahoma City University where I played baseball on scholarship, was an academic All-American, and was Mr. OCU in 1998-99 school year. In 2008, I graduated with a Masters of Divinity with languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
As the CEO of Deevers Properties, I am also a businessman with the administrative and financial acumen to help reach our state's potential as an economic powerhouse in the region.
Through all of these opportunities for spiritual leadership, cultural activism, and business operation, I believe God has been preparing me for such a time as this. I hope to get to know you in the coming months, and I hope you will join me in this effort to glorify God and see Oklahoma governed as God would have us governed!
Meet Pete Mundo
My path through an unpredictable industry has taken many turns in just a few short years. During college at Villanova University I hosted a sports talk show on WXVU, the student-run radio station and broadcast Wildcat football, basketball and baseball. My senior year included an internship at 97.5 The Fanatic, Philadelphia’s first FM sports station, and home of the Philadelphia 76ers and Philadelphia Flyers.
After graduation, I began hosting a talk show for WEER 88.7FM, based out of Southhampton, NY. My weekends took me traveling nearly 200 miles west, to be a sports anchor, producer, and assist with hosting Lehigh University Football’s halftime show for ESPN 1230/1320 of the Lehigh Valley.
After 6 months of 400 mile round trips, I accepted a job as a sports and news reporter for Omni Communications in Woodward, Oklahoma. After a year of broadcasting at K-1O1 and Z-92, I became the Sports and News Director for the cluster; responsibilities included hosting a daily sports talk show, while covering the Oklahoma City Thunder, Oklahoma Sooners, and Oklahoma State Cowboys. I handled play-by-play for several local schools, including football, basketball, and baseball. My news experience included covering the deadly tornado that ripped through Woodward in April of 2012. I also won an Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters small-market award for my coverage of the Bobbie Parker trial in the summer of 2011.
In March of 2013, I accepted an opportunity to move home to the NYC area and be a sports anchor for WCBS Newsradio 880, along with Bloomberg Radio. Since the move, I’ve hosted on WFAN Sports Radio, nationally for CBS Sports Radio, and have hosted political talk shows on nationally syndicated Fox News Talk Radio. My local play-by-play work includes the Wagner College Seahawks football and women’s basketball.
