Friday December 1st was the first day to prefile bills in the Missouri Legislature. On the first day, liberal gun grabbers submitted a handful of harmful bills they say will "keep us safe". We know that "gun control" does nothing but make criminals out of normal, law-abiding citizens. Join us in saying NO to this willful disregard of our fundamental rights.
Stand with us to oppose the following harmful bills:
Chappelle Nadal (D-14 St. Louis County)- SB 635: Creates the crimes of failing to stop illegal firearm possession, negligent storage of a firearm, and failure to notify a school of firearm ownership.
Richard Brown (D-27, Kansas City)- HB 1242: Creates an offense of knowingly possessing, manufacturing, transporting, repairing, or selling a bump stock or trigger crank.
Stacey Newman (D-87, St Louis)- HB 1340: Establishes extreme risk protection orders and gun violence seizure warrants, and prohibits certain persons involved in domestic violence from possessing a firearm.
Stacey Newman- HB 1341: Requires that all sales or transfers of firearms be processed through a licensed firearms dealer.
Stacey Newman- HB 1342: Prohibits persons from selling, delivering, or transferring to a person under 18 years of age firearm ammunition or accessories.
